Dede is a Vice President at Aon, a global insurance broking firm, leading their corporate Merger & Acquisition Operations and Integration unit. She has held positions in M&A Integration, Strategy, Operations, and Sales and Business Transformation consulting for 28 years in IBM’s Global Services organization. Earlier in her career, Dede held positions at JPMC, was an associate at McKinsey & Company, and launched two tech start-ups.
Dede graduated from Wellesley College and holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She is married, the mother of three sons, and active in community and philanthropic activities, including two terms on the Chautauqua Institution Board of Trustees, where she served as Vice Chair as well as a member of the Executive, Nominating and Governance, Finance and Budgeting, HR, and Marketing Committees in addition to leading multiple working groups. She also served as Chair of Arts for Healing in New Canaan, CT and the Board of Trustees of Laurel School in Cleveland, Ohio.
