Good Grub Culinary Training & Catering
Good Grub is Gulfstream Goodwill Industries’ culinary training program, providing individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities hands on experience in food preparation, kitchen safety, customer service, catering, and teamwork. Through real world training opportunities, participants develop valuable workplace skills, gain practical industry experience, and build the confidence needed to pursue meaningful employment in the hospitality and food service industries.
Menu
Include A Full Sandwich, Chips, Whole Fruit, Snack, Condiments, Disposable Cutlery Set, and Napkin.
Minimum of 10 Sandwiches – 5 Salads Per Selection Sandwiches (Substitute for a Wrap with Minimum of 10 Sandwiches)
- Italian Hoagie with Ham, Salami, Pepperoni, Tomato, Lettuce, Onion and Swiss

- Turkey Club Sandwich with Black Pepper Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, and Tomato

Vegetarian Option (Minimum 5 Sandwich Selection) -Southwest Vegetarian Wrap with Annatto Rice, Black Beans, Spinach, Cheddar, And Roasted Red Bell Pepper with Lime Aioli
- Chickpea Wrap with Spinach, Tomato, Cucumber and Hummus
